Rain or Shine. Starts at the Belltown Underground. 10/27/2012Fun As Hell, Again Messquerader’s!!!!!Welcome to this years Messmann’s Messquerade 2012. You are invited to a halloween night to remember (hopefully) for the Messquerade, A Halloween Costumed Bicycle Team Scavenger Hunt and Costume contest. A night of scary and awesome costumes of bizarre bikery on Saturday October 27th. This year’s costume bicycle scavenger hunt will consist of teams 2 or more people. Your team will have to scavenger all over the cities core for clues to the hints to find the answers to the correct scavenger questions from the Manifesto of the Dead, so have your wits about you and make your manifesto readable. Manifests will be on a points system and each answer will have a point value. Only one team with the highest points will win.
The Scavenger Hunt and Judging for costume contest for all Messqueraders will be conducted at registration. Registration will be in the Belltown Underground which is located at 2407 1st Ave. Alley Entrance enter from Wall Street. This is also where the after party / finish line is. Registration from 6-8PM. Hunt starts at 8. You have two hours to compleat your manifesto.
Show up for registration early to get one this year’s limited edition Hoodies of all sizes, (except XS). $30 with Hoodie; $20 without. Includes beer all night long & gets you into the afterparty while supplies last. Teams will sign in and enjoy beer right away. Bring a drinking container for this. I will be selling hoodies @ the afterparty if there are some left.
For the afterparty/finish line, it is going to be off the saddle @ 2407 1st ave in Belltown. Alley entrance. Doors are @ 8pm. There is lots of safe bike parking. The Party is open to all in costume $5 to get in the door. After 2AM $10. Ride your bike to this party you will be drinking!
Special features for this years Messquerade, Food truck in the parking lot and Mini Bike Velodrome that will be live fed on the interwebs.

Don’t forget the Costume Prizes! Messqueraders will be judged by a panel of zombies I have dug up from the deep within the clay hill sides of Seattle.
